Cross Country National Updates
DELAWARE, Ohio - Elmhurst College cross country runner Marisa Mele (Naperville-Neuqua Valley) represented the Bluejays at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships. Unfortunately, Mele was unable to finish the race after sustaining an injury.
Mele earned the right to run at nationals after earning all-region honors last week by placing eighth. The sophomore also won her second straight CCIW title earlier this season.
