Men's Golf Team Takes 13th at Loras Invite
DUBUQUE, Iowa - The Elmhurst College men's golf team began its spring season by placing 13th at the Loras College Invitational.
Elmhurst shot a two-day total of 659. The Bluejays shot a 324 on day one and a 335 on day two. Central College won the team title by shooting a 603.
Dan Roth (Plainfield/H.S.) led the way for Elmhurst by shooting a 160 (78-82) to tie for 26th place. Kurt Dietrick (Oak Lawn/Richards) tied for 54th place with a 165 (78-87). Josh Magee (Ionia, Mich./H.S.) totaled a 167 (83-84) to tie for 61st place. Kyle Mann (Hinsdale/Central) and Seth Birkholz (Forreston/H.S.) both totaled a 170 to tie for 70th place.
Elmhurst will compete in the Millikin University Invitational on April 11-12.
