Rain Continues to Hamper Bluejays' Schedule
ELMHURST, Ill. - Rain has continued to play havoc with the Bluejay athletic teams' schedules. Tuesday's wet weather has forced the cancellation of scheduled baseball, softball, men's golf, and men's tennis contests.
The Bluejays' baseball game against the University of Chicago has been postponed. The game will be made as part of a doubleheader at the University of Chicago on Tuesday, April 28. First-pitch has been scheduled for 2:00 p.m.
The Carthage College golf invitational that the Bluejay men's golf team was scheduled to compete in, has been cancelled. The invite will not be made up.
The men's tennis team's scheduled match against Carthage College has been pushed back a day to Wednesday, April 22, at 4:30 p.m. The match is also being moved to Berens Park (493 Oaklawn Ave. in Elmhurst).
The Elmhurst softball team's scheduled doubleheader at Wheaton College has been moved to Thursday, April 23
